I have to say thank you to all those who liked to read my little "IDcards". I had one of the best Public relation ever. It also was the occasion to make the first "Puppetshow" (as seen on this BLOG very soon).

Today I print some beautiful postcards. The 20 first fan, who send me an e-mail ( daeye@daeyeworld.com , with youre adress in it), becomes a postcard, with something written on it.

19/10/2007 : I sell all my SKIMOs

Less than one year after its creation, I sell all the SKIMOs. Maybe you know they are only 20 of each puppet, and only 18 you can buy, because 2 of them are part of the ONE YEAR PUPPETS Exhibition. Maybe you'll find now SKIMO on eBay for 20.000.000.000.000.000 Dollars... (who knows)

10/09/2007 : The death Fall Puppets ...

I just see the first leaf falling and I think it's time to make the Fall serie. I close with those last puppets a creative cycle. This year 16 characters appears and 320 puppets came to life!

Here 4 new characters, SKEL, ZOMBI, GHOST and BLAT. I don't have to say what is the theme for this season...

Some Holidays with their paddy taking pictures and videos. In the south of France does have TOURI great times with the girlls.

28/07/2007 : Wer wickst DADA for "le blog de maire-lor".

Here a new Puppet. I only make one for Marie-lor. He just join the team and will live some great adventures, I suppose.

28/07/2007 : Daeye with Art Discount at "Tourcoing Plage".

One more time, Daeye expose his work to the people from Lille and Tourcoing. He also made workshops with Kids. 12 Kids also made their own Dolls and go home with them.

Daeye never had so much puppets to show. And also never sell that much in one day.

A big media mix : stickers-visit cards-poster. Printed in 2 or 3 colors in the next days. I only write Daeyeworld on it, then you only have to google it and find this beautifull webpage. And know also find it at first when you google "Daeye".

11/07/2007 : Beach Puppets printed.

Here some pictures made during the print. Even with some problems, it's all done. Eighty puppets have been silkscreened. With a little Bonus from 16 puppets printed gold and blue on false white snake.

26/06/2007 : First summer puppet !

It's a pleasure for me to show you PULPI, freshly comming out from illustrator. She will be, as the others, printed with two colors on white fabric. I'm looking forward printing those two color combinations.

14/06/2007 : The adventures from XIAO, the crying baby (Annecy 3)

XIAO did also have some bad times. For example as the blorks scares him. There is some reasons to be scared, just see how they drink beer.

03/06/2007 : I feel fine in Rostock.

For those who where anxious, NINJA is fine. Indeed we were took some little time for us on the beach.

02/06/2007 : Sweet... but angry !(in Rostock)

A NINJA takes part to the anti-G8 demonstration in Rostock . On this picture he was afraid from the helicopters. But he was protected from his father (you can see some hairs). Not to forget, Daeye don't do politics, but his puppets do. As we saw a NAVY rabbit in the Gay-pride.

23/05/2007 : Tokyo spring.

The first four puppets from the new collection are going to tokyo ! We have to thank it the two guys from whatever-berlin. They promise to come back with some pictures and videos. Before they go, I took this picture of them with their mother.

01/05/2007 : The Sweets print.

The print of the sweet spring puppets have been made in the "Fleisherei". With some help from my friend Stefan, 3 different color combination have been printed, and some 80 puppets are ready to be made. This spring collection (a little bit late, I know) is pretty flashy and ... pretty sweet.

19/04/2007 : sweet backs.

It isn't printed yet, but I'm already sure of what will be printed. Here are the backs of my puppets. As you can NINJA made us a little trick by drawing a false face on his back, so be careful.

29/03/2007 : The Bad puppets are gone.

Winter is not, so I decide to take them back from shops. They all are ok to sell the next collection.

09/03/2007 : sweet faces.

Here the preview of my next puppet collection (spring). They'll be printed on colored fabrics. In fact I was looking forward to make it with 4 colors ... Here to see (from the left) NINJA, PIUPI, FLOPO and XIAO (it means little in chinese).

This Year I'm looking forward to print a lot of puppets. So I decided to take Pictures and make a book at the end of this year. Througt those pictures I hop you'll understand that those puppets are born to be ALIVE.



I already done some 30 pictures from the "Bad Winter Puppets" in their natural elements : Snowman, Party, and so on.

My friends and family heard about it a lot, so I decided to speak it on my blog.

This year I'll do one puppet collection after another. It mean that after the "Bad Winter Puppets" from last winter, I'm working on the spring collection, and so on till next winter.
